Liposomal Glutathione

Glutathione is the most abundant naturally occurring antioxidant made by our cells and the primary antioxidant in the brain.  It is often referred to as the "master antioxidant" due to its crucial role in neutralizing free radicals, supporting the immune system, and promoting cellular health.

Glutathione rapidly declines in the body with age and with increased exposure to high stress levels, and environmental toxins.

The liposomal delivery system enhances the absorption of glutathione by protecting it as it passes through the digestive system, allowing for better absorption into the bloodstream. It has superior bioavailability compared to any other form of glutathione and is about 100x more absorbable than non-liposomal forms.

Potential benefits of supplementing liposomal glutathione include:

  1. Antioxidant Protection: Glutathione plays a central role in neutralizing free radicals, which are unstable molecules that can cause cellular damage. By reducing oxidative stress.

  2. Immune System Support: Glutathione is involved in the regulation and optimization of the immune system. Adequate levels of glutathione can enhance immune function, helping the body defend against infections and illnesses.

  3. Detoxification: Glutathione is a key player in the body's detoxification processes. It binds to and helps eliminate toxins and harmful substances, promoting overall detoxification and supporting liver health.

  4. Cellular Repair: Glutathione is involved in the repair of damaged cells and the synthesis of DNA. This supports cellular turnover and regeneration, essential for maintaining optimal health as we age.

  5. Reduced Inflammation: Glutathione has anti-inflammatory properties, helping to modulate inflammatory responses in the body. Chronic inflammation is associated with various age-related diseases, and mitigating inflammation can contribute to healthier aging.
