Shipping & Returns Policy

Scope These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via our online store and website (purchase contract and subscription) between us, EIR Nutra LLC and you the consumer.

All agreements made between you and us relating to the use of our website and the purchase contract or subscription result in particular from these Terms & Conditions, our written order confirmation and our declaration of acceptance.

We sell our goods only to consumers and only for private use. A commercial resale of our goods is prohibited.

Terms of subscriptions & the delivery contract If you have ordered a recurring “subscription” order, a contract for the regular delivery of the product is only concluded when we accept your order.

  • The subscription is concluded for a limited period of 1 month. The subscription is automatically renewed for an indefinite period of time if it is not expressly terminated in writing 2 days prior to the scheduled shipment date. All terminations of subscriptions must be made in writing by email and sent to
  • You can cancel the subscription without giving any reason for doing so.
  • We may terminate the subscription with 2 weeks notice prior to the expiration of your subscription renewal.
  • If the delivery of the products ordered by you is not possible, for example due to stock shortages, we will inform you of this immediately and refund any consideration already received without delay and provide you with the option for a delayed delivery date.

In the event of a repayment, we will use the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction. We reserve the right to refuse or delay repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Prices and shipping costs

  • All prices in our online store are gross prices including the statutory sales tax.
  • The shipping costs are indicated in our shipping cost quotations in our online store. 
  • If a subscription has been taken out, the indicated price (including shipping costs) will be charged again for each additional delivery.  We reserve the right to change our pricing and you will be notified of any planned changes in writing prior to the renewal of your subscription so that you can choose to continue to cancel your subscription.


Terms of payment: 

  1. The purchase price and shipping costs are to be paid in advance.
  2. If you have a subscription order, you give us a direct debit authorization to debit your specified means of payment for the following deliveries.  We will automatically initiate the debit or charge of your account at the earliest 3 days before the dispatch of the next delivery.  The granted direct debit authorization is valid until expressly revoked in writing by email to

  1. We currently offer shipping services within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Processing Time:

Shipping Timeframes:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery within the continental US and 8-10 days for Alaska/Hawaii. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
  2. For subscription orders, delivery will be made monthly by default. Should you wish to cancel the shipment of your order 48 hours notice is required prior to the monthly date of renewal.


Shipping Fees:

  1. Shipping rates are subject to change due to market conditions but the shipping rate shown at the time of purchase will always be honored for that specific order.


Order Tracking:

  1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website or through our website.  If you need any assistance please contact our customer care team


Order Modifications and Address Changes:

  1. To ensure prompt delivery, please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you need to make any modifications or changes to your order or shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Lost or Damaged Packages:

At EIR Supplements we are committed to your satisfaction with your purchase and experience. Please review our returns policy below:

Return Eligibility:

  1.  We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:
  • The product was purchased directly from our official website.
  • The return request is made within the specified timeframe (see “Return Timeframe” below).
  • The product is in its original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition.

We are happy to refund your EIR Supplements product returned within 14 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging with the hygiene seal unbroken. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. Please contact  to arrange to return your item.


Return Timeframe:

  1. We offer a 14 day return period from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your request must be initiated within this timeframe.


Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order details, including the order number, purchase date, and the product(s) you wish to return and reason for the return.

  • Drop off your package with the shipping service assigned to your return. This information will be provided to you via email.
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund or exchange as per your request as soon as reasonably possible.



  1. If you request a refund in lieu of a replacement product:
  • If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.


Return Shipping Costs:

  1. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Simply print the label, tape securely to the package, and drop off at the shipping service assigned to your return. If you do not have access to a printer, we will mail the prepaid label to you.


Damaged or Defective Products:

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund. We will accept requests for replacement products due to damages for a maximum of 3 business days from the time your package was delivered.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. For hygiene and health and safety reasons, we are unable to accepts returns for products that are but not limited to the following:
  • Opened or used products
  • Products that have been tampered with or altered
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party retailers
